Auditions will focus on marching, moving, and playing at the highest standard. Members will be evaluated on technical ability, clarity of execution, responsiveness to instruction, and their ability to contribute to an ensemble culture built on respect, focus, and alignment.
We are looking for great people. Members who value consistency, who listen as well as they play, and who are prepared to execute every rep with intent.
Expect: Technique blocks, ensemble playing, movement integration, individual evaluation, and direct feedback.
This is not about potential. This is about who can meet the standard now, and who will raise it for the entire team.
