Welcome to Dark Sky Percussion
Dark Sky Percussion indoor drumline is based out of Flagstaff, Arizona, and currently competes in the independent open class of WGI. Our season runs from November to April of every year and ends in Dayton, Ohio where we compete against groups from around the nation.
DSP was started in 2008 as a youth education group that competes in the WGAZ performing arts circuit. As music education programs within our schools around the country disappear, the indoor drumming activity is becoming a popular solution for keeping youth education in the arts alive. But what you'll find if you decide to join DSP is that indoor drumming is more than just music education: it is a medium to improve leadership, to develop team–work skills, and to build life long friendships with others who also aspire to achieve greatness.

Positions for the cadet group will be offered both to people who attended the auditions, and for those of you who didn't get a chance to come out this year, but still want a taste of the indoor drumming activity.
